Lucy Markert, CCP

Lucy

Lucy Markert, CCP, Director of HR Services, has over 25 years of human resources and business experience. Lucy has expertise in change management, process improvement, organization design, compensation, performance management, career development, success planning and outplacement coaching. She has worked in wide variety of industries, including financial services, information technology, transportation, health care, retail and non-profit. Lucy has held both consulting and leadership positions in the private as well as public sectors.

Lucy served as the Human Resources Director for several organizations, as well as a business consultant, call center manager and training manager. She is a well established project manager who has facilitated numerous organizational redesigns, process improvements and change management efforts. Lucy has extensive experience with start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, with proven success in transforming cultures and support growth organizations.

Lucy has a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and is a member of SHRM and the World at Work.
