Professional Development Programs
Q:Who delivers the training programs?
A:All of our programs are presented by one of ARC's Professionals. Unlike other groups who use contract instructors, ARC uses only members of our professional staff. ARC's professionals all have at least 10 years "Hands-on" experience within their specific field of expertise. The professionals on our web site are the trainers who will be leading your program.

Q: Can I invite attendees from other companies to join my session?
A: Yes, we contract with you. You may invite participants for other organizations in your area to help defray the costs. Each class size is limited, so please refer to the Seminar Fact Sheet for details of the program in which you have interest.

Q: How do I reserve a session?
A: Simply email us and we will contact you by the next business day, or call us at 904-268-1148. A 50% deposit is required to “book” the session.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A:We require a depost of 50% of the program Fixed Fee to reserve a date. Program cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the program are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit. Program cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the program are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit. The balance of the Fixed Fee is due on the last day of the program. Program completion certifiactes are provided only after the complete paymet of the Fixed Fee is received. We accept Checks and Credit Cards via PayPal.

Q: Who provides the materials?
A: All program materials are developed and copyrighted by The ARC Training Group.  We provide sufficient copies of the materials for your session.

Q: Who provides the training facility?
A: Training facilities are provided by you, along with all AV requirements and all “creature comforts”.

Q: What are the requirements for the training room?
A: Please see the “Training Room Requirements” page on our web site. Most programs require a suitable room for the number of participants, set in a “Team” style. AV requirements are typically an LCD projector and screen, two flipcharts in the front of the room, an instructor’s table with electrical service, and a materials table. Programs that require the use of PC’s or Laptops also require electrical service for each Team.

Q: What are the refund policies if I am not satisfied?
A: ARC provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee with all of its educational offerings. We take great pride in our programs and our program leaders. We will refund the entire deposit, less the cost of the seminar books, if you notify us of your dissatisfaction during the first day of the program. Refund requests presented after that date are delt with on a case-by-case basis.

Q: What does the program fee include?
A: Program fees are fixed, and include all program materials, all instructor professional fees, and all instructor travel and living expenses. One price does it all. There are no hidden costs, no suprises, just quality training at an affordable price

Q: Is The ARC Training Group certified to provide CPE credits to fulfill my professional development requirements for my CPA or other certification?
A: Yes, all of ARC’s training programs are acceptable for fulfilling Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements. ARC is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Please refer to the NASBA certification at the bottom of every Seminar Fact Sheet.

Q: How do I receive my CPE hours?
A: All participants receive a course completion certificate at the end of the session.

Q: What are the hours for the program?
A: You set the hours, however, most programs are run on either an 8:30am – 4:30pm, or a 9:00am – 5:00pm basis. You may alter the hours as long as the time frames meet NASBA requirements.
